GOTS / Global Organic Textile Standard – Certified from 2010
We are into organic cotton since 2006 but officially we are audited and certified with GOTS from 2010 now 90% of our goods are GOTS certified. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard and it is an internationally recognized certification. GOTS is a textile production certification that limits the use of toxic bleaches, dyes, and other chemical inputs during the production process of textiles. To obtain the GOTS “organic” label, a product must: Contain at least 95% organic fiber.
OCS 100 / Organic Content Standard – Certified from 2012
OCS is only production management of products, The Organic Content Standard (OCS) OCS 100 applies to the textile product containing a minimum 95% and more organic material in it. It verifies the presence and amount of organic material in a final product. And tracks the flow of raw material from its source to the final product. This process is then certified by an accredited third party. OCS 100 takes covers the same processing steps in goods containing 95% to 100% organic material.
OCS Blended / Organic Content Standard Blended – Certified from 2012
The Organic Content Standard (OCS) OCS Blended applies to the textile product containing a minimum 5% of organic material and blended with Conventional or any Synthetic Material. As demand for organic cotton with blends as high demand we are certified with OCS certification – Organic Content Standard to Blend Organic Cotton with linen, flax, bamboo, lyocell, hemp, viscose, etc.,
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 – Certified from 2012
We have certified with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 class 1 highest standard in Oeko-Tex for textiles all our goods are now Oeko-Tex and REACH complaint. The Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex product label, introduced in 1992, certifies adherence to the specifications of the standard by the same name, a document of testing methods, and limit values for potentially harmful chemicals. All types of clothing, home and household textiles, bed linen, terry cloth items, textile toys, and more.
SA – 8000 / Social Accountability Accreditation Services – Certified from 2014
As per international social standards and labor law, we are audited and certified with SA – 8000 / Social Accountability Accreditation Services ensures safe working conditions, living wages, environment activities, etc., are carried in a very effective manner and audited every 6 months to ensure it. Certification is the process by which individual companies (factories, farms, and other workplaces) and organizations undergo an assessment by a third-party auditor.
Fair Trade Organic Cotton – Certified from 2015
We entered into another milestone by certified with Fair Trade certification FLOCERT international society we are now doing 20% Fair Trade certified products mostly combined with organic. We ensure premium pricing, health, sanitation, hospital facilities, education, etc., are given to farmers and their children with the premium they receive for Fair Trade cotton. The Fair Trade certified seal signifies that your product was grown, harvested, or made with care by farmers and workers.
BCI / Better Cotton Initiative – Certified from 2017
We have got requirements from big brands who have a target to achieve using 50% sustainable better cotton in their products for which we also pledged to certify with BCI certification. India has been producing cotton for textiles for thousands of years and the textile industry and agriculture are the key industries to have generated huge employment for both skilled and unskilled labor, helping to strengthen the country’s economy.
GRS / Global Recycled Standard – Certified from 2018
As the world moves fast into the recycling of all renewable/reusable resources as per our green/sustainable business practices we also got certified with GRS Global Recycle Standard – 10% of our business moving towards recycling polyester, recycled cotton. Through third-party verification, we motivate your (quality) claim independently towards your clients. Furthermore, traceability and contamination risks can be managed better by certifying your management system and/or your product.
Sedex / Supplier Ethical Data Exchange – Certified from 2019
SEDEX is short for Supplier Ethical Data Exchange. SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit) assesses a site based on their organization’s standards of labor, health and safety, environment, and business ethics. Easy to access information or data at one secure place. Develops Ethical business practices. Maintain and manage business data or information properly. Improves business efficiency of the organization. Reduce workload and generate greater employee involvement.
CmiA / Cotton Made in Africa – Certified from 2019
Cotton made in Africa (CmiA), Cotton made in Africa-Organic (CmiA-Organic), Sustainable Cotton Standard (SCS). These standards were developed to improve the living conditions of African smallholder farmers and working conditions in ginning factories and to promote environmentally friendly cotton production. CmiA – which is one of the sustainable cotton harvested through rain harvesting methods which highly appreciated as its saves lots of groundwater and river water.
ISO 9001:2015 – International Quality Management System
ISO 9001:2015 (Internal Standard Organization) certification means that an organization has demonstrated the following: Follows the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard. Fulfills its own requirements. Meets customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintains documentation. As an Ethical Textile Business organization we always want to be sure our products are made according to Socially, Economically, and Ecologically responsible business practices. Cotton uses more chemicals per unit area than any other crop, accounts in total for 16% of the world’s pesticides, uses 20’000 liters of water per kilogram of cotton yield, and ruins the lives of the farmers trapped in cotton poverty. There are lots more reasons to move away from conventional cotton to Organic Cotton. Organic Cotton clothing looks great, feels great, and has some great environmental benefits when it’s done right.

Most of our production-related works are done by Women Workers about 70% We are committed to the industry-leading working conditions in terms of Safety, Healthy, and Fair labor practices. We promote fair and Living wages. We conduct health camps, educational awareness drives, and initiatives for community development beyond livelihood opportunities, We work with NGOs, Social & Green Organizations for the promotion of awareness and implementations.
Ecological Impact
The Cotton & Cotton yarn Sourced by Sri Kalyan Export is Organic and ensuring no damage to the environment at the stage of farming and sourcing of these crops. No pesticides are used in the farming of our organic cotton. Our dyeing, printing, and finishing process is in standard as approved by the GOTS authority and it ensures Non-Toxic, Heavy metal-free, Skin Friendly, Environment friendly, etc. We are providing free saplings to the people who are interested in growing trees in private and public lands. The only condition is to take care and maintain plants till they become self-sustainable. This is our one of the green initiative to maintain green environment and Good ecological/climatic conditions.

Our collections are made from organic, renewable, biodegradable, and regenerated fiber. Entirely committed to fair trade production, we design with longevity in mind.
ORGANIC COTTON
All our cotton is certified organic by the National Programme for Organic Production (NPOP). The versatility of organic cotton is the basis of our collections.
TENCEL
We use Lenzing Tencel, a biodegradable fiber made using wood pulp from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified forests. Our Tencel is produced within a closed-loop, which re-circulated all water used in manufacture.
ETHICALLY MADE
Sri Kalyan Export Private Limited is certified by a non-profit internationally recognized organization. With independent audits and accreditation bodies, we support fair wages, no child labour, workers rights, gender equality & grower communities.
FAIR TRADE
All our cotton suppliers and manufacturers are certified by fair trade Labeling Organisations International (FLO) in India. Fairtrade empowers farmers to negotiate with buyers to secure better prices for their cotton. Every season, certified farmer groups receive a premium to be spent on community projects.
SAFE WORKPLACES
Our Clothing, Fabrics, Baby Dresses, Home Textile & Cotton Bags are certified with SA 8000 and Sedex (SMETA). The SA 8000 standard encourages clothing manufacturers to develop, maintain, and apply socially acceptable practices in the workplace. SA 8000 organizations are audited by certifications bodies accredited by Social Accountability Accreditation Service (SAAS).
ETHICAL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS
Farmers commit to the highest grade of animal welfare, environmental care, and social responsibility. This includes a commitment to no mulesing and basic freedoms as described in the Animal Welfare Act 1999 and the Animal Welfare 2010.

ORGANIC COTTON FARMING
Organic farming is achieved through companion planting, corporations, and on-site green waste composting, which helps to preserve entire ecosystems. Our cotton is grown from non-genetically modified seeds and organically farmed without harmful chemicals.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY DYES & WASHES
Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) approved inks and dyes, which are free from chlorine bleach, toxic heavy metals, formaldehyde, and aromatic solvents. We use GOTS-approved washed for our organic fabrics from lightweight voile to heavy canvas. All our fabrics from organic cotton, plant fiber fabrics, sustainable fabrics are processed and dyed with low impact, heavy metal-free dyes to ensure skin-friendly and environment-friendly for the planet.
